1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's mining machinery and equipment spare parts in the designated area, achieving personal sales targets, and contributing to the company's sales performance growth.
2. In-depth understanding of customer needs, providing customers with professional equipment selection schemes, and answering customer questions about product performance, parameters, and use and maintenance.
3. Actively develop new markets, find potential customers through various methods such as telephone calls, visits, and participation in exhibitions, develop new customer resources, and expand the company's product market share.
4. Maintain good cooperative relationships with old customers, regularly visit customers, promptly grasp customer usage feedback, provide high-quality after-sales support, and promote customer repeat purchases and referrals.
5. Collect market information and competitor dynamics, analyze market trends, and provide effective reference for company product improvement, new product R&D, and sales strategy adjustments.
6. Participate in the negotiation, signing, and execution of sales contracts, ensure that the contract terms are clear and compliant, follow up on order delivery progress, promptly handle issues such as delivery, installation, and debugging, and ensure that customers can use the products smoothly.
Job Requirements
1. Junior college or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, marketing, or related fields is preferred; outstanding graduates are also considered.
2. 1-3 years of sales experience, experience in mining machinery and equipment, sand and gravel yards, etc. is preferred; strong learning ability, able to quickly master product knowledge and sales skills.
3. Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, good at establishing trust with customers, and able to effectively coordinate resources from all parties to solve customer problems.
4. Proactive, responsible, strong pressure resistance and market development spirit, willing to challenge sales targets.
5. Teamwork spirit, able to closely cooperate with various departments within the company to promote the smooth progress of sales work.
6. Adapt to irregular business trips and be able to independently complete work tasks during business trips.
